记忆中最早接触英语这门课是从小学三年级开始的。那时我们的小学刚刚从三年级普及英语教学。和大多数孩子一样，当时的我对英语能够说是一窍不通，只记得小学的课本上有很多的图片，教师布置作业就是把图片画出来，然后写上它的英文单词。

上了初中，英语被当做三大主课之一。恰好的我的班主任也是英语教师。无形之中，英语变得重要起来。虽说也是从abc教起，但我刚开始的英语成绩却也平平。为了改变这一状况，我在初一下学期开始努力，每一天往教师办公室跑，向她请教。
课上我也用心主动发言，为此还得到了她的表扬。也就是从这时开始，我觉得我找到了英语的“门”，觉得豁然开朗了。这也成为我学习英语过程中的一个重要转折点。
随之而来的，是成绩的一天天提高。在成绩的刺激下，渐渐地，我也喜欢上了这门课。当然，付出是有回报的，我收获了接近满分的中考英语成绩。
