伦敦眼(The London Eye)，又称千禧之轮，是为迎接新千年而设计的，坐落在伦敦泰晤士河畔，是伦敦的地标，也是伦敦最吸引游人的观光点之一。
伦敦眼于2000年开放，总高度135米，当时是世界第一大的摩天轮。共设有32个全封闭的座舱，每个可乘坐约20人，转完一圈约需半小时。
乘坐这座摩天轮可以俯瞰方圆25英里范围内的壮丽景色，其间还可以听到解说，介绍进入视野的伦敦主要地标。夜晚的“伦敦眼”会幻化成一个巨大的蓝色光环，大大增添泰晤士河的梦幻气质。

伦敦之眼的创造者是马克与巴菲而德这一对夫妻建筑师，在1993年首次提出这个构想，原本是为了参加《泰晤士报》和建筑基金会在伦敦所举办的一场公开竞赛，征求庆祝千禧年的新建筑设计。
要在伦敦打造一座大型的新建筑，必须经过公开咨询的过程，不但旷日费时，而且程序复杂，不过马克和巴菲而德取得了非常坚定的共识，认为这座建筑应该马上进行。
曾有人建议赋予摩天轮一些象征性意义，如"生命的轮转"、座舱"象征着光阴本身的每分每秒"等等。这座当时举世最高的观景摩天轮为伦敦旅游业注射了一剂强心针。
