You can eat quickly or take it away. It saves you a lot of time so that you can devote more energy to your work. People in the west , the workers, who just need to pull up their cars alongside the street for several minutes or even much shorter and call for their fast-food in their cars. But,some peaple also reallize that fast food is high calories food. cold drink and hot drink are similar. they contains much sugar and fat, lack Vegetable, fruit and vitamin .This is the biggest reason to induct fat and cardiopathy. Fast food contains much flavoring . It’s savory.This make us eat much and eat quickly.So it’s not good to our stomach.What is more, children are attracted by the seduction. It makes children malnourished.as a result ,people begin to oppugn this “western traditional food”. Other peoples prefer our traditional food because it is nutritious and delicious .They think Chinese food is the most delicious food in the world. Traditional food usually looks and tastes better than fast food. It can enhance your appetite. Most of Chinese people like and they are good at cooking. But you should spend much time in making it. Workers have not enough time to cook it. You also can get it in a Chinese restaurant, but the price is much more expensive. Although this type of food is not suitable for this quick rhythm life, the traditional food is our main food still. After a day works ,we also have a diner with our familymembers. It’s a nice thing. Fast food is fast and cheap, but traditional food is nutritious and delicious. Which is your choice? That’s right. We can find a new kind of food method. It is fast and cheap like fast food , nutritious and delicious like traditional food. The Yonghe soybean milk is a good example
