2、C&F: 即“Cost and Freight”的英文缩写，其中文含义为”成本加运费“使用该术语，卖方负责按通常的条件租船订舱并支付到目的港的运费，按合同规定的装运港和装运期限将货物装上船并及时通知买家。
3、CIF: 即“Cost Insurance and Freight”的英文缩写，其中文含义为“成本加保险费、运费”。使用该术语，卖方负责按通常条件租船订舱并支付到目的港的运费，在合同规定的装运港和装运期限内将货物装上船并负责办理货物运输保险，支付保险费。
4、FCA: 即“Free Carrier”的英文缩写，其中文含义是“货交承运人”。使用该术语，卖方负责办理货物出口结关手续，在合同约定的时间和地点将货物交由买方指定的承运人处置，及时通知买方。
5、CPT: 即 “Carriage Paid to”的英文缩写，其中文含义为“运费付至指定目的地”，使用该术语，卖方应自费订立运输契约并支付将货物运至目的地的运费。在办理货物出口结关手续后，在约定的时间和指定的装运地点将货物交由承运人处理，并及时通知买方。

8、FAS: 即“Free Alongside Ship”的英文缩写，中文含义为“船边交货（指定装运港）”。使用该术语，卖方负责在装运港将货物放置码头或驳船上靠近船边，即完成交货。
9、DAT: 即“Delivered At Terminal (insert named terminal port or place of destination) 其中文含义”运输终端交货“。
使用该术语卖方在合同中约定的日期或期限内将货物运到合同规定的港口或目的地的运输终端，并将货物从抵达的载货运输工具上卸下，交给买方处置时即完成交货。
10、DAP: 即“Delivered At Place”（insertnamed place of destination），目的地交货（插入指定目的港）。
使用该术语，卖方必须签订运输合同，支付将货物运至指定目的地或指定目的地内的约定的点所发生的运费；在指定的目的地将符合合同约定的货物放在已抵达的运输工具上交给买方处置时即完成交货。
二、对于国际贸易术语的使用，国际上用《国际贸易术语解释通则》进行规范。《国际贸易术语解释通则》（以下称Incoterms)的宗旨是为国际贸易中最普遍使用的贸易术语提供一套解释的国际规则，以避免因各国不同解释而出现的不确定性，或至少在相当程度上减少这种不确定性。
