本人就是一名在职的航空安全员 ，在上岗前的安全员体训的确特别累，算的上魔鬼式训练，训练单双杠卧推格斗擒拿都算轻松的 对于我这种爆发偏强 耐力偏差的，在耐力训练时纯粹就是一种煎熬，比如：跑完五千米之后休息的还没有一分钟又开始蛙跳400米 然后平板支撑九十秒。所以在安全员体训之前一定要提前锻炼 不然会适应不了这种快节奏的训练
