1、电话铃响时

The phone's ringing/There's the phone. / There's a phone call for you.电话响了。/有电话。/有找你的电话。

Could you get it?/is someone going to get that?/Somebody answer the phone!谁能去接一下电话?/你去接吗?/快去接电话!

A: There goes the phone again. It's ringing every two minutes!!

B: Let it ring. The machine will pick it up. I'm screening my calls.

电话又响了。它每两分钟就响一次!!

2、接电话时

确认对方身份 Who's this?/May I ask who's calling, please? /May I have your name?/

Who am I speaking to? / May I ask who I am talking with?

回答自己身份 speaking/ this is she/he

3、询问打电话的事由

4、陈述事由

I'd like to discuss something with you.我想跟你谈一些事情

I'm calling to see if you'd like to go out with me sometime.我打电话是想问一下你想不想某个时间和我出去。

I am calling about some issues with my credit card.我打电话过来想问一些关于信用卡的问题

I'd like to make sure we're both on the same page here regarding our company's policy.我想确定我们俩对我公司的政策意见一致。

5、告知对方待自己确认之后再打过去

I'll call you back after I run this by my boss. 我向老板汇报之后再给你回电话。

Can I call you back on this? Maybe in a few days?我再打电话告诉你,好吗?或许过几天?

I need to double-check my documents. Can you give me some time to look over the figures?我要再检查一下我的资料。能给我一些时间再检查一下那些数据吗?

I'll get back to you as soon as I find out.我弄明白了马上给你回电话。

6、想和某负责人(部门)通话时

Is this the right department for...?

7、确认对方是否在听

Did you get that? / Do you understand?你记下了吗?/你明白了吗?

8、请对方再说一遍

I didn't catch that last part.我没听明白最后一部分。

Could you repeat that, please? /One more time, if you don't mind.如果不介意的话,请再说一遍。

9、表示自己明白了

I think I got it. / Yeah, I got everything.

10、询问是否要写下来

11、没听清或电话信号不好时
