当然有啦，就像中国各地有方言一样，在英语国家中，不同的国家都发音都有些不同，但英国的英语应该是最正统的，因为其它的都是后来传过去的，比如殖民地，移民等原因。就算在英国，各个地区说的话也不尽相同，有的偏远地方跟我们平常接触的英语可以说天差地别，英语好的人也不一定听得懂哦，就像咱中国的土话，不是每个中国人都可以听得懂的。但有意思的是，在英国有些地方，你不能说他们的是方言，他们认为他们说的就算标准的英语，呵呵
