look，一般是指普通的看见，描述看的过程有种跟随眼神看过去的意思。比如look left，look towards xxx，look at

最后就是read，这个其实翻译出来就和其他三个单词不一样。read这个单词呢不是看 而是读。把read也当成看的原因可能就是被看书read a book 这个翻译给误解了，应该是读书更准确。所以说当你描述 看书，读一个人的眼神或者情绪，或是说理解个内容的时候用read。
