一、默写单词抽查制度。之所以称为制度是无论同学和老师都要遵守的一贯做法。由于教毕业班,学生们对于词汇的掌握要求不仅局限于六年级下学期,而且要复习三年级至六年级所有学过的词汇。对于学生而言特别怕默单词,而且只要涉及这样的复习课都要有抄写或者默写的作业要完成。我改变了以往的做法。首先在单词复习课前让同学们提前复习,并且给出复习范围。如第一单元的A部分划线或是单词表第三单元的所有单词及词组。在课上我以抽查的方式来进行检测。从要默写的内容里选出10个单词或词组进行过关练习,只要这10个默写全对的同学就可以不做任何书面抄写或默写的作业了。而且对于每一个同学而言,他们掌握程度不同,第一遍默写可能只有四分之一的学生全对,那么他们是最先免作业的同学,接下来再进行集体默写,过关的同学可以复习下一个单元。第二词默写就会有百分之五十的同学过关了,第三次默写就让没有过关的同学请已经过关的同学默写,并且负责批改,之后教任课教师审核并且记录好。这样不仅减轻了教师的压力,学生们的热情也很高涨。有许多同学还没有琢磨出来自己要默写十几遍才会过关,其实相当于多写了好多的单词和词组,但是好胜心促使他们默写了一遍又一遍,直到全对为止。二、默写单词竞赛机制。在有的英语课上,为了调动学生的积极性,还要采用一定的竞赛形式来开展。我经常采用四个小队或男女生竞赛的形式进行默写。一般让每个小组以选人游戏的形式叫到一个代表到黑板前去默写,其他同学在座位上默写,并且让他们自觉得不准抬头看黑板上的答案,这样学生们就会互相监督。在前边的同学和在座位里的同学全对的累计小组加分,根据每个小队的比分再在班级评比栏中进行加分奖励。有时还通过宾果游戏进行单词的默写。总之在默写单词的复习中还有很多中方法,无论怎样,只要学生有收获,有进步就是好方法。纪录委员新学期的计划新学期即将到来,本学期我希望大家再接再厉,堆集经验的同时,咱们要吸取教训。以下是本学年的工作计划: 1.协助班长维护好本班的班风和班纪。 2.鼓励同学们积极参加本院及外院的活动,古云:流水不腐。有竞争,才会永葆活气。希望在活动中展示咱们的风采。 3.协助团支书了解团员同学的思想、学习和糊口情况,对团员同学进行思想教诲和纪律教诲,搜集和整理团员同学的进步前辈较重要的事,提议支委会对团员进行表扬和奖励,对违反团的纪律的举动进行批评教诲,并提出处理意见。 4.负责本班的用电安全并检查和落实。平时宿舍没人的情况,务必断掉一切电源。坚决制止违章电器的使用。这一点,男生宿舍要非分特别注意。 5.维护本班安定良好的纪律局面。特别是上课自习的出勤,早退状况以及夜不归宿,过夜陌出生等。 6. 及时向自律部反映班上存在的问题及为同学们向较高等级申请加分。 7.做好同学们的综合测评分儿的纪录及办理工作。学期竣事,做好综合测评的成绩的排名。 我相信,在以后的最近日子里,通过咱们的共同努力,咱们的班级会越来越好! 日后的工作开展历程中,咱们将保持现存的艰苦奋斗惠风纪和勇于创新的工作风纪,做一位合格的当代大学生,做一位合格的大学学生干部;为纪律检查这个称呼增添色泽。响应周书记从严治校的方针和政策,做好校园的安全稳定调和工作。树立纪律检查形象,打造纪律检查品牌!为了“纪律检查”称呼而努力奋斗! 日后的工作开展历程中,咱们将保持现存的艰苦奋斗惠风纪和勇于创新的工作风纪,做一位合格的当代大学生,做一位合格的大学学生干部;为纪律检查这个称呼增添色泽。响应周书记从严治校的方针和政策,做好校园的安全稳定调和工作。树立纪律检查形象,打造纪律检查品牌!为了“纪律检查”称呼而努力奋斗!
