大四老学姐。英语四级考了4次，前两次裸考350，第三次，复习1个多月，每天复习2小时左右，370，第四次复习一个月每天一套题。460经验是单词要有一定基础。四级做题是有技巧与方法要学会自己摸索，然后作文翻译。推荐一个老师的公众号叫何凯文。不用买课可以看一看他的作文背的句子。听力也有技巧。练习方法是听写。每天拿出半个小时去听一个听力原文。有时间能力做到默写，没有的可以做到听个几十遍后能够口述出来。（我当时是这样练的）培养语感。最后。做题做题做题！

平时要多积累单词，我就是不爱背单词，我是在做题中背单词的，看得多了就熟悉了。还有一种记忆法即拿本单词书使用艾宾浩斯曲线图记忆，大家可以搜索一下具体怎么实施，我举个简单的例子，比如1月1号早上我背了1单元单词，中午我就会遮住汉语意思复习，晚上再看一遍，一直没记住的重点圈起来，第二天再复习，第四天、七天、九天等再复习，同时第二天可以看2单元单词循环。阅读真的是拿分大，先大概扫一眼文章，看出现频率最多的词，数字，大写字母，有中文意思的地方等，大致明白讲啥。再把五个问题的题目扫一遍，划出关键字，如人名，地名，和文章主旨相关的等。根据所划关键字来在文章中锁定范围，前几句后几句一般是范围，通常问题答案也是根据段落分布的，不会说第二题答案在第一题答案前。不要根据abcd的答案在文中找，而是根据文章句子套答案，可能会有词汇转换，比如satisfy变成meet，都是满足的意思。（所以还是得多积累单词）还有如果原文有比较，答案也极有可能为比较。

本人四级考了第四次才过，第一次360多，第二第三次多一度快掉落300，当时我班又传着英语四级不过，无法获得学位证书的消息（后经证实为假），所以我在大三下学期决定拼一把。开学来时已经做好了准备，本来打算一过来就开始复习的，可玩心太重，玩了2个星期才开始学习。后来在某宝买了一套星火的复习资料，就是历年来的试卷大概30套左右，还有什么单词啊，作文套句什么的。接下来就是为期2个月的学习了，一个星期去3次图书馆左右，每次待一上午或者一下午，每次一套卷子，记住都是真题哦。这套星火的材料我认为最有用的就是真题试卷了，其余的什么预测题预测作文都不行。期间还仿照了网上的很多方法，事实证明我一个都没有坚持超过一个星期。接下来就是考试了，考试期间正直世界杯，更可怕的是前晚更是夜里葡萄牙对阵西班牙的比赛，隔壁宿舍鬼叫了一晚，我哭了，一晚上没睡好。不过由于考试的紧张第二天丝毫不困。考试过程不作阐述，该干嘛干嘛，该用的方法用，就这样，出考场的时候异常的平静，这就是一个久经沙场的战士应有的态度（我笑了）。下个学期查成绩，这时候我已经大四了，429分。以上就是我的个人经历，总结起来其实很简单，刷真题卷子，背背单词。
