算你问着了，我是哈尔滨EF的中教，如果你想来我们这儿的话，首要的条件是你的pronunciation, intonation 和fluency,然后是你的teaching method和personal characteristics,最重要的是你的sense of responbility,我不知道你应聘的是哪里的English First,但这些条件应该是你具备的，因为EF不像其它的学校，她是国际连锁的。至于考试的内容，都是一些abstract和问题，这要看你的occupation accumulation和general acknowledgement of English了，如果你面试去CC（course consultant),内容不是很难，最后祝你 Good luck考试内容是上机测试和外语口语测试，然后根据你的水平分到相应级别的级别，成人有十多个级别，你打电话问问当地学校就可以了。
