英文诗一般是讲究押韵的，尤其是每一句的结尾，这有点像中文平仄，但不是那么规则，因为英文单词的音节和汉字的音节大不相同，英文单词大多2个或2个以上音节，而汉字都是一个音节，所以当然是汉语更工整。
