一小时半的英文

众说纷纭...正确的说法是： one and a half houran hour and a half或one hour and a half这些都是地道的表达方式可以理解为 “一个小时加半个小时”。我是加拿大人，前英语老师。

在美语口语中，一个半小时（或1个半小时）有两种最为常见的说法。

1、an hour and a half，这种表达最为常见。

2、one and a half hours，这种说法出现的频率比前者稍微低一点，但同样很常用。

需要注意的是：

第二种说法里，hour要用复数形式，变成hours。因为1个半（1.5）在数量上是大于1的。值得一提的是，当小时的数量超过1时，比如2个半小时，则美国人一般使用：two and a half hours，很少说two hours and a half。

参考例句：It took me nearly an hour and a half to finish my math exam.

时间表达方式

1、所有的时间都可以用“小时 + 分钟”直接读：

6:10 six ten、8:30 eight thirty、2:40 two forty

2、如果所表述的时间在半小时之内，可以用“分钟 + past + 小时”：

6:10 ten past six、4:20 twenty past four、10:25 twenty-five past ten

3、如果所表述的时间在半小时之外，可以用“（相差的）分钟 + to + （下一）小时”：

10:35 twenty-five to eleven、5:50 ten to six、9:49 eleven to ten

4、如果所表述的时间恰好为半小时，可以用“half + past + 小时”：

11:30 half past eleven、2:30 half past two

5、如果所表述的分钟和15有关，就有三种表达法：

9:15 - nine fifteen ; fifteen past nine ; a quarter past nine
