共享服务英文

服务共享方法这个方法是对承担某一服务项目的业务重组，将分散在各个部门的某一业务集中到一个部门。比如，一个中型单位都有几个部门，如销售，生产等部门，每个部门都有几个员工，负责处理单位的部分IT业务。共享服务的方法是成立一个独立的IT部门，将单位所有IT业务人员安排到这个部门，负责处理单位的所有IT业务。这种方法有以下几个优点：
