农村英语教学中面临的问题主要是资源相对匮乏。首先，根据当地的学校教育学科安排，多与老师学习，与老师多沟通，如何培训孩子的兴趣，了解目前存在的问题。其次，家庭教育多与孩子沟通，让他了解英语的重要性，尽可能多买一些英语学习资料，家长督促，但不要给太大压力。最后，孩子虽然起点可能会低一些，但要相信孩子在中学甚至大学会跟上步伐，很多名人名家小时候都没有学英语的条件后天努力还是勤能补拙的，家长不宜太焦虑，关键是孩子要有上进心！
