1. Attitude,working attitude, let them know you have a very good attitude. This the the key point for an employee in hotel industry, especially for the associate work in Finance Dept & Front Office.2. Patience, as a receptionist, definitely you will suffer long time work, 3 shifts everyday, guest complain. let the interviewer knows that you are fully prepared for this job.3.Don't worry about your pronunciation intonation, as long as you can understand what guest saying and give them the right feed back.because your job is not an interpreter or speaker, your job is check in, check out, foreign currency exchange. 4. Let the interviewer knows your purpose, why you want to work for this hotel, what's your plan for your future.I believe above are all covered, you don't need a speech, and you don't have time to make a speech. so, take it easy. Because I was work in front office 5 years ago.Just remember above points, and wish you a great interview.

我在酒店做过前台,一般是最基本的问候,然后是:1、客人想要哪种房型2、是否有预定,通过哪种渠道预定的3、房价和房型的介绍4、早餐问题5、和外宾接打电话,解答他们的疑问6、花费多少,如何结账,现金或者是信用卡这些都是最基本的哦~~这是工作中的,如果你英语很厉害,也可以用英语介绍你自己,你的生活,你的经历等等。
