Whatever works outfor the children I will do it. There is never one way to success.

会问你的学历，专业，英语水平，你的教学经验等等必要时要看证件的严格一点的会先让你读篇英语文章，和你进行简单英语对话，给你出一些场景让你用语言（英语）或是动作表达出来，最后一关就是试讲，把老师当孩子或者直接让你在班里试讲你要做的准备就是，试讲这一关最重要，要把课讲活了，气氛要调动起来，可以多做一些英语游戏，当然你要是能用英语讲课更好，不要有语法错误或发音错误，这样老板会比较看好你我原来就是培训机构的教学兼业务主任，当然也负责面试呵呵

具体什么问题不好说。但是英文自我介绍这一关是肯定有的。还有就是问你的工作经历，实践经历，你个人的优点等等。你最好都先用英文写好，自己能够背诵一些，这样临场有发挥余地。 最后必须胆大，心细，脸皮厚。要有坚强的心理素质，不要怕，发挥你正常水平就可以了。
