一、year的用法

1、year的基本意思是“年”，指地球绕太阳一周所需要的时间,通常为365天，有时也为366天，也可指与某物有关的“一年的时间”。

2、year也可指一个人的“年龄，年岁”，还可指“学年，年度”。

3、year表示“…岁的”时，其后通常要加old一词，此时year前后都须有连字符，且不可用复数形式。
