understand?在英语口译中不用这么正式，直接加一些疑问语气就可以了。。。O(∩_∩)O~~！

Do you understand? 最普通的表达Do you get it?Did you get it?Have you got it?都可以，Here's a short conversation:Boss: Get it?Employee: Got it!补充一点：Do/Did you get it?" sounds very patronizing (to me at least) -- as if you're not sure the person is smart enough to understand you. 就是说上面的几种说法看起来都有点居高临下的意思，好像别人不聪明不能理解你似的"Do you follow me?" "Do you see?" are gentler ways of asking the same question.
