My hometown Yi Chang is a beautiful city.The Chang Jing River passes it.The Gezhou Dam is in it.There are many beautiful mountants there.So I like my hometown very much.我是初一党，写得不咋的，望采纳。

Yichang City is located at Longitude 110°15' E to 112°04' E, Latitude29°56' N to 31°34' N . At the west of China's Hubei Province,Yichang is where the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River are divided. Thanks to its advantageous geographic location, Yichang has been defined as a distributing center, an important trading port and a transportation hub along the Yangtze river linking west Hubei and east Sichuan since ancient times. For a very long time, it has been renown as "Gateway to the Three Gorges", and "Throat between Sichuan and Hubei". Today,Yichang remains a brisk river port of China, controlling the access to Chongqing City to its southwest.TopographyThe geographic features of Yichang are quite different .There are mountains and forest in the west ,the scene is magnificent and wonderful; but there is a vast stretch of flat fertile land in the east,and natural resources are rich there.In the whole area in the land of the city, the mountain area amount for 69%, hills amount for 21%, plains amount for 10%, which form the characteristic of ground form of "seven mountains, two mounds and one plain". 宜昌市位于湖北西南部，地处长江上游与中游的结合部，鄂西山区向江汉平原的过渡地带，“上控巴蜀，下引荆襄”。地跨东经110°15′～112°04′、北纬29°56′～31°34′之间，东西最大横距174.08公里，南北最大纵距180.6公里。东邻荆州市和荆门市，南抵湖南省石门县，西接恩施土家族苗族自治州，北靠神农架林区和襄樊市。

My hometown in the Hubei Province Yichang, it located at beautiful Yangtze River nearby on! I love my hometown!Yichang is the famous water and electricity, the Three Gorges Dam is located at the Yichang Maoping Town. We are here are locally born, drink the Yangtze River water to grow up, our testimony Three Gorges Dam's operation, the construction, finishes with own eyes, proceeds from the bottom of one's heart to its sentiment, the unique five levels of sluices are such magnificent sight.Yichang's slogan is the silver dam, green Yichang.
