I am a deputy mayor. i came rushing to the scene at the first time becouse a ship had been sunk at night over there. however, i didn't find the person who was in charge of the accident. therefore i decided to go on a rescure mission with others toghether. At first the ship didn't tiltand the scece was not very chaotic, many people had intended to offer help ,but they failed because there was nobody to direct. Later the ship was tilted, and the people began to be rattled. Fortunately, i met a young man in the ship, and he found a ladder. Then we endeavored to cooperate. He volunteered to do all of these without any command. At last we saved an Asian. Afterwards, i felt so tired, althought I didn't see the captain, the young man was really excellent. 希望及时采纳~~
