...我不是老师但是从经验来看就是...你首先安排好每一科的时间. 语数英一天上午看什么下午看什么晚上看什么睡觉前看什么. 当然要合理安排你放松娱乐的时间当你决定了那个时间段看什么的时候就专心的先把一章或者两章的内容过一遍. 用颜色笔勾出重点（至少你认为是重点的）. 然后找出老师之前有关于这章的练习题或者考试卷再重新做一遍让自己看看哪个部分不会哪个部分是清楚的.然后持续这样做做.除了数学要多找练习题做做之外语文和英语都是多多背.语文看完多思考为什么这样能不能不这样之类的问题.英语六年级就是背多点单词.去网上找找简单的语法看看.
