山东物业管理学院 山东物业管理专修学院是经山东省教育厅批准成立的全省唯一的以物业管理为主干专业的民办高校，主办单位为济南一建集团。学院一校两址，老校座落在济南历下区政治、文化和商贸中心地带，与历下区政府相邻，交通便利、环境优雅，学校占地53亩，建筑面积2.5万平方米。校内建成全省一流的安全监控、电子电工、电力拖动、电梯、暖通、中央空调机组和给排水等10个实习、实验室，以及五个大型稳定的校外实习基地，为学生实习和技能训练提供了得天独厚的条件。欧式风格的教学楼、学生公寓,宽敞明亮的多媒体教室、语音室、网络教室、电子阅览室和形体训练室配套建设，教学条件优越。新校址在济南市历城区孙村镇，与规划中的东城区毗邻,占地800余亩，设计建筑面积19万平方米，一期在建工程8万平方米，计划2004年6月底交付使用，全部工程于2005年竣工，届时莘莘学子，将在一所富有现代气息、时代特色、高品位的高等职业学府学习、生活、成才。学院设大专部、中专部和成人培训部，在校生2000余人。物业管理系建筑经济管理系和信息工程管理系，涵盖物业管理、楼宇智能化技术、市政工程、建筑管理、信息工程、国际商务、环境工程以及经贸英语、法律和文秘等十多个专业，其中物业管理专业被评为市级教学改革试点专业。学院有专兼职教师105人，其中专职教师66人，全部为本科以上学历，教授、副教授42人。学校坚定不移地贯彻党的教育方针，始终遵循“以质从教、科研兴教、创新施教、质量立教”的办学宗旨，科学管理、注重质量、打造特色，连续两年实现对口高考升学率100%和毕业生就业率100%，赢得了社会广泛认可和赞誉。2002年以来，学校相继被山东省社会保障厅、山东省建设厅批准为物业管理员（师）职业资格鉴定培训基地和建设类二级资质、物业管理企业部门经理岗位培训点，年培训800——1000人。学校与美国教育服务公司合作成立“济南阿斯顿英语学校”，开展各个层次的英语口语培训，采用小班型、美式教学方法教学，倍受欢迎，目前，已扩展到两个教学点，在校生达4300人。几年来，山东物业管理专修学院，一心一意办职教，改革创新谋发展，干事创业，以多种形式办学，业已发展成为多专业、多学科、多层次、多功能的综合性民办职业院校。
