我们英语老师都知道学生学习英语最大的障碍就是词汇,大部分学生学不好英语就是因为记不住单词,或者说记住了又忘了,如此导致学生一提到英语就头疼,真所谓“望英兴叹”,高中英语词汇课教学反思 。但是,我们明白词汇是任何一种语言教学的基本要素。语篇能力当然是最高境界, 但语篇是词汇的组装和欣赏, 是词汇的栽体, 词汇才是语篇的根本, 我们能在不同的语篇中欣赏到词汇的魅力。所以脱离了词汇的英语教学就成了无源之水, 无米之炊。为大面积地提高学生的掌握词汇的能力,我做了如下反思:1. 授人之鱼, 不如授人之渔。教学生一些必备的语音知识。例如: 音标的正确发音, 音标中音节的划分, 开音节和闭音节等。这样学生才会对单词的发音和如何记忆单词有了一定的了解, 他们在学习单词时心中才不回茫然。2.充分利用每个单元后的词汇。老师可以利用早读课或课上的时间进行集体教学单词的发音, 注意多音节单词的重音, 提醒学生那些单词容易拼错。让学生有一定的时间去拼读, 记忆这些单词。在上课时, 老师对这些单词进行听写, 批改后, 发现问题, 再让学生板书, 然后学生再订正。通常新学的单词在一周里要听写三遍, 拼错的再订正三遍。这样一来,学生通过反复记忆、反复纠错, 正确的单词形式才能在大脑皮层下留下深刻的印象。与此同时老师还要指导学生再趁热打铁, 练习使用这些词汇, 因为只有经过语言的操练, 这些词汇才能成为活的语言材料。3. 充分利用每个单元的Reading&vocabulary,教学反思《高中英语词汇课教学反思 》(http://www.unjs.com)。因为在Reading 中, 学生可以体会到如何运用单词, 在具体的语境掌握单词的使用方法; 在Word study 中, 学生可以巩固所学的单词并能拓宽所学单词的用法。如果能及时地默写优美的句子, 则会提高学生学习英语的兴趣。4. 可以运用比较, 联想和语境的方法进行词汇教学。经过多年的教学实践, 我认为, 在词汇教学中, 运用比较, 联想和语境学习词汇,可以使学生产生兴趣、加深理解、增强记忆, 从而进一步突破高中词汇教学瓶颈, 以达到提高学生英语运用能力的目的。5. 在语境中强化交际是不可忽视的。因为英语词汇和英、美国家的文化息息相关。英语词汇中有很多用法已约定俗成, 如一些成语 ( idioms) 、比喻(metaphors) 和幽默( humors) 等。只有依据特定的文化背景和历史知识才能正确理解词义, 切忌望文生义或逐词对译。总之, 词汇教学要得到老师和学生们应有的重视, 才有可能突破词汇教学瓶颈, 我们才能有效的学习英语,才能体味英语学习的真正魅力。

“吾日三省吾身”,“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆”。可以这么说,是不断的反思,成就了伟大的教育家、思想家孔子。随着基础教育课程改革的深入,教师教学反思在教师专业发展中的重要作用,日益引起教育理论和实践工作者的高度关注。教师教学反思的过程,是一个教师借助行动研究,不断探讨与解决教学目的和自身方面的问题,不断提升追求教学实践的合理性,不断提高教师的教学效益和教育科研能力,促进教师专业化成长的过程。一个教师,只有不断对自己的教育教学进行研究、反思,对自己的知识与经验进行重组,才能不断适应新课程改革的需要。
一、教学反思的涵义
教学反思是教师以自己的教学过程为思考对象,对自己在教学过程中的观念、行为、决策以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。教学反思是一种通过提高教师的自我觉察水平来促进教师的专业发展的有效途径。专家指出:一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一个教师坚持写三年的教学反思,就有可能成为名师。一个优秀的教师就是在教学中不断反思,在反思中积累经验,在经验中学习而不断成长起来的。而进行教学后反思的总结提炼,是教师个体有效进行反思的综合表现和快捷的训练方式。因此在新课程的背景下,更需要做的是反思教学,反思应是每位教师所必备的。如何进行有效的反思?这就需要我们明确反思的意义,反思就是对教学经历的再认识,就是对“失”的反省,对“得”的归纳。
二、教学反思应遵循的原则
(一)及时性原则
一节课过后要趁热打铁,及时的回忆、反思并及时记录自己的思维闪光点,要善于抓住稍纵即逝的教育灵感和感受,并养成及时记录的习惯。
(二)持久性原则
要系统、全面地积累经验并使之升华、凝结,必须以大量的课后反思为基础,这就需要老师们写教后记像医生写病例报告一样成为一种基本的职业习惯。锲而不舍,在持之以恒中提升水平,把教师闪光的智慧之珠串成精美的教育之链。
(三)简约性原则
课后反思要及时记录,但不是写长篇巨著,讲究开头、发展、高潮、结尾等,要突出重点,捕捉亮点,抓住要点,在言简意赅中有所收获,切忌面面俱到、主次不分。
(四)交互性原则
教学反思要重视与专家、同行、学生的对话与研讨。采用专家诊断、同伴互助、学生反馈等方式,通过交流互动,学习他人长处,在思维碰撞中共同成长。
(五)探究性原则
记录的课后反思内容和问题要有一定的研究价值,具有一定的开放性,要紧跟基础教育课程改革的实践,才能与时俱进,格物致知。
(六)发展性原则
教师的工作具有一定的周期性,当我们重复教授同一个内容时,要结合前几次课后反思中记述的情况和感想,科学施教,之后再认真写课后反思记录,要不断在教与学的方式上、教材与信息技术的整合上有新的突破,重在提炼与升华,在循序渐进中逐步提高。
三、教师进行教学反思的基本方式和具体内容
(一)教学反思的基本方式
1、自我反思
自我反思是指教师自己通过收集来自不同方面的信息资料,对一个特定的问题进行反思。它通过反思教学日记、录音录像资料、他人(包括学生)对自己教学的感受、他人的教学经验等方式进行,通常采用的研究方法有行动研究、叙事研究、案例研究等。
(1)行动研究式
行动研究式的反思要求教师立足于学校教育教学实际,从问题出发,从自身的需求出发,做到教学和研究合二为一,变解决教育教学问题的过程为教育教学研究的过程。行动研究是一个开放的系统,是一个不断循环渐进的过程,即教师发现教学实践中的问题,制定解决问题的方法、策略和步骤,采取有效的行动;行动结束后对实际效果进行评价和反思,进而又发现新的问题,制定新的行动研究计划……。教师就在这样一个循环渐进的过程中得到锻炼和成长。
(2)叙事式
教师的反思离不开教育实践,正是在教育实践中对教育世界的不断追问,对所怀抱理想的不断思考,对所从事教育意义的不断追寻,才有了教师的成长。传统教育理论将许多教育问题从教育实践中抽拔出来而概念化抽象化,产生了教育理论与教育实践的隔离。教师专业发展实际上就是把这些教育问题的学术研究放回到鲜活的现实中,使理论研究返回思想的故里,使教育研究融入实践的滋养。这就离不开叙事研究。
(3)案例式
案例式教学反思就是运用一个教学案例来说明蕴涵其中的教育教学原理。编写案例要注意以下四点:第一,培养自身的洞察力。要从分析教学任务的目标出发,多方面地获取有关信息,做教学的有心人。第二,交代教学背景。因为任何一个教学案例都有它特定的时空背景。第三,要分析案例的价值。每个教学案例都充满了决策时的理念与困惑以及为此所作出的多种诠释或理论阐述。第四,发挥案例的作用。除了自己编写案例外,还要注意研究他人编写的案例。开展教研活动时,各位教师拿出各自的案例,展开交互式讨论和开放式探究,以提高自己分析问题和解决问题的能力。另外,通过编写和研究案例可以促使教师反思自己的教
