Peace Good morning, everybody! Does anybody know what peace is? Well, let me tell you all about peace. Peace is morning dew on the soft green grass. Peace is a pretty flower dancing in the gentle wind, Peace is the little murmuring brook winding through tall mountains, and Peace is a little bird soaring in the deep blue sky Peace is a cute baby sleeping soundly in a young mother’s arm. Peace need more of you! 世界和平战争离我们有多远？一个有些“危言耸听”的问题。 上世纪90年代中叶，每当台海关系紧张，福州城的街头巷尾总会出现浩浩荡荡的军车，坊间也跟着流传起早已废弃的防空洞又被重新启用的消息。 电视机里反复播放“福建沿海军事演习禁渔通告”或者“福州市防空警报试鸣通知”。不谙世事的孩子们看到这里，总是紧张地望着父母，“不会真的打起来吧？” “不会真的打起来吧？”我们曾多少次地问过自己这个问题。 战争，炮火，流血，阵亡，废墟。这些词汇总是被媒体习惯性地堆砌在一起。对这些，我们感到恐惧；对这些，我们或许也已经感到麻木。 但是，当我们用编码迥异却同根同源的汉字，书写着对抗的词句；当我们操着共同的语言，面朝海峡对岸，用挑衅的口吻互相辱骂的时候，我们可曾认真地思考过战争 的恐怖？我们可曾试图珍惜眼前来之不易的安定和舒适？我们可曾想过抛开彼此意识形态上的差异，用广博无垠的心胸去承载所有华人对和平的渴求？试问，我们努力过了么？ 当我们通过CCTV或是TVBS看到战火纷飞下的贫穷和动荡，由此感到不安的时候，请不妨抬起头，仰望一下这片全球华人共同拥有的蓝天。和平的信念，其实早已深深地植根在我们的心里。 台湾的Blogger写道：“我期待和平，就如同我热爱生命与尊严一样。” 其实，每一个人可以也应该以热爱生命与尊严的名义去付出自己的努力。 和平需要我们！和平需要你！ 和平的台海、和平的东亚、和平的世界需要所有以中文为文化根基的人共同努力、共同促进。 如果你是一名blogger，请告诉自己的读者、自己的同事、自己的亲人和朋友，两岸同胞对和平共同的企盼，从来没有像今天这样强烈过！ 我们坚信，一块祈祷和平的标识，一段发自肺腑的心声，当它们在blog上一同出现，就已经为推动海峡两岸的和平进程注入了一股巨大的动力！ 努力吧！为了生命的尊严！华人世界的福祉需要你！和平更需要你！
