Dear manager, I'm writing this letter to complain about living in your hotel.Well,I lived in your hotel yesterday.But when I came into the hotel,I was welcomed by a very unfriendly desk clerk.She's so unable to find a reservation that I waited for almost half an hour.Then I was leaded by another unfriendly bellboy to the room.In the room,I saw a view of a parking lot instead of seeing a view of a bay.The room is also poorly-cleaned.Besides,I could see dirty towels on the beds,cigarette ends on the floor.I couldn't sleep all the night.In a word,I think your service is not as expected,and I'm strongly insist on many waiters' apologies.
