Notes on the text
1 "I have just arrived in Scotland…a Youth Hostel”
2 the Y.H.A.=the Youth Hostels Association
4 Love, Jimmy.
Yours, Jimmy(你的,吉米)。
5 He doesn't say very much, does he?
Further notes on the text
Can you get up to that note ?
2.He doesn't say very much,does he?
Grammar in use
She says she's got a headache.
He says he's staying at a Youth Hostel.
He says he has sold his house.
He says: ‘I hope you are all well. ’
He says he hopes we/they are all well.
The girl says: ‘I have finished my homework.’
The girl says that she has finished her homework.
