英语写作一直是考试中学生比较头痛的题目，也是老师们在教学中时常无从着手的薄弱环节。4月8日下午，初中英语远程互助平台活动给我们分享了有关书面表达内容的专题讲座，作课的分别是平顶山教研室的刘红宾老师和郑州市中原区教研室的陈桂杰老师，两位老师通过摆问题、说理论、用方法、重实践，在解疑答惑中指点迷津，让人茅塞顿开。 学生在写作时出现空白卷过多，主要还是对写作有畏惧心理，没有句子和语篇意识。刘红宾老师建议要重视学生的思想工作，鼓励学生勤动笔、大胆写，不怕出错，可从汉译英简单的句子开始，多背课文中的重点句型，逐渐实现以句带篇。老师要善于以思维导图方式给学生分析课本素材，从而搭建写作支架。平时也应重视引导学生多分析句子结构，当我们写一个段落时，可以用一个主题句开始，主题句主要是告诉读者该段落的内容，其它句子都应给出更多细节来支持该主题句。句子不生动时，可以通过使用恰当形容词、副词、地点等添加细节，通过改写、扩写、用高级句等主句子更清晰或更有趣。要相信学生，明白“学生是独特的、发展中的人”，在教学实践中使“英语活动观”扎地生根。“听说读写译 反复训练”，“词句段篇章 反复呈现”，短短的总结道出了写作的“真谛”。 中原区教学研究室的陈桂杰老师分享的题目是《支架理念下初中英语读写结合教学实践》，她在做背景分析中指出的教师问题可以说是我们多数人的“通病”——英语写作专题课少；只看重写作结果，不重视写作过程；注重机械训练，忽略积极互动，正是因为我们的守旧与“短见”使得学生英语写作的兴趣不高，这分析犹如棒头一喝，让我们不得不反观自己的教学行为。 语篇材料可以当作有效的写作资源，阅读可以帮助写作，这种建议平明我也在用，让学生多阅读积累语篇材料中的优美语段之类，但远没有达到像陈老师提出的“利用阅读语篇给学生搭建内容、结构、语言、评价等写作支架”这样系统完整的过程。对此，她也提出了一些建议：在新情境中让学生仿写语篇中简明扼要的句型，写作前为学生搭建写作支架，引导学生理解范文。在内容支架的构建上，可以通过提问题等让学生对语篇的基本内容、基本要素有所理解。在结构支架的构建上，通过让学生自己画思维导图，可交流合作完成，从而学习理解文章的思路、谋篇布局等，学生亲自动手完成也有助于学生创新能力的发展。在语言支架的构建上，可通过头脑风暴、归纳梳理知识等加强基础积淀（积累词汇、扩大词块），在细节提取中增强语言储备。在评价支架的构建上，陈老师倡导的师生共商，控究范文之“范”，共同确定评价标准，让我耳目一新，以前都是老师确定一个评价标准让学生对照判定，但让学生参与制定评价标准也有它的意义，老师站在学生的立场，一起建构评价标准能让学生感受到这标准不是老师硬给的，自己也是“主人”。其实评价标准就像GPS，引领着学生进行写作，学生在依照评价标准会思考怎样写才能更好，从而不断规范、调整自己的写作内容。学生一边做一边评，一边修正，由此评价驱动教学的理念也得以实施。她的讲座也让我明白要充分认识、重视和利用评价的导向作用，让有效评价带动学生更主动地学习。 省教研室的禹海军老师在总结时也说到，教师在指导学生写作时总是以为学生缺乏技巧，其实不然，学生是没有形成一定的写作能力，说再多的技巧也徒劳。对此，他在表达自己忧虑的同时也提出了一些期望与建议，要从起始年级就应设置一周一次或两周一次的写作课，并作系统的安排与规划，教师也必须由偏向语言知识教学向语篇教学转变。 道阻且长，行则至，行而不辍，则未来可期。写作教学还需要我们不断地思考、探索与创新，倘若我们能真正地静下心来，一步一个脚印，勇于坚持与实践，也一定能“守得云开见月明”。

So we have less and less time to redress the balance of Nature.Luckily, it's not too late now. People have many things to do to stop the disaster. For example having a low-carbon lifestyle is one of the best ideas.
