I am so excited now, because I will go travel with friends. We plan to go to visit Guangzhou, for it is very near our place. This is the first time for us to go travel together, we want to make sure everything goes on well and save more time to play, so we make some arrangements. The first thing is about searching the route. Going to the strange place, we will have no idea about the road, so we need to figure out the main roads, in case that we will be lost. Second, we also search the famous sites. Guangzhou is such a big place, we can’t go to every concern in the short time, but we can visit the hot sites and get to know something about this place. I believe that this trip will be fun, because we are so free and can enjoy the new scenery.
我现在很兴奋，因为我将要和朋友们去旅游。我们计划去广州，因为那离我们的地方很近。这是我们第一次一起去旅游，我们想要确保一切都能进展得比较顺利，节省下更多的时间来玩，所以我们做了一些安排。第一件事情就是搜寻路线。去到陌生的地方，我们会不了解路线，因此需要弄清楚主要的路，以防我们会迷路。第二，我们也搜寻了著名的景点。广州是一个很大的地方，我们无法在短时间内走遍每一个角落，但是我们可以拜访热门的景点，对广州进行了解。我相信这次的旅程会很有趣，因为我们是那么的自由，可以欣赏新风景。

广州之旅 My Trip to Guangzhou
Last week, I have three days off, so I planned to travel to Guangzhou. During the three days, I witnessed so many things, I open my vision and gain the knowledge. The trip to Guangzhou makes me realize that I could go to anywhere by my own.
上周，我有三天假期，因此我计划去广州。在那天的日子里，我目睹了很多东西，我开阔了视野，增加了知识。去广州的旅程让我意识到我能靠自己去任何地方。
Before I went to Guangzhou, I made many plans, I searched the Internet, just to make sure that I wouldn’t get lost, because I never went to travel by myself. Going to the strange place, at first, I was very afraid, I tried hard to remember the road, sometimes I dared not to go far away. But I found the way, I realized that every main site would have the subway site, so if I took the metro, I could go back the place nearby.
在我去广州之前，我制定了很多计划，我查了网路，为了确保我不会走丢，因为我从来没有自己一个人旅行。去到陌生的地方，刚开始，我很害怕，我很努力去记住路线，有时候我不敢走得太远。但是我找到了路，我意识到每重要的地址都有地铁站，因此我搭地铁，就可以走回到附近的地方。
As I got familiar with the road, I went to many sites by the metro, it was so fast and convenient, I could see many sites in a day. Guangzhou is so big, I saw many foreigners, it was full of vitality. The college town is so big and clean, I love it.
由于我熟悉了道路，我通过搭地铁，去到了很多景点，地铁是多么的快速和方便啊，我在一天之内能看到很多景点。广州是如此的大，我看到很多外国人，这座城市充满了活力。大学城也很大并且很干净，我喜欢大学城。
The trip to Guangzhou is very precious experience for me, I bee independent and broaden my vision.
去广州的旅程对我来说是很宝贵的经验，我变得独立，也开阔了视野。

第一次坐飞机 The First Time to Take a Plane
My name is Jason, a college student from Changsha University. I'm crazy about travelling. Through travelling, I can learn more knowledge and know the world better. Last winter vacation, I traveled to Guangzhou by myself.
我的名字是杰森，是长沙大学的学生。我很喜欢旅行。通过旅行，我可以学到更多的知识，更好地了解世界。去年寒假，我自己一个人去广州旅行。
I went there by plane. I got on the plane at 10 o’ clock that morning. Since this was my first time to take the plane, I was filled with joy. From the plane window, I could enjoy a unique scene of the white cloud, pretty sky and the bright sun. How marvelous it was! It seemed that I wandered in the paradise. The air hostesses were friendly and warm-hearted. They offered their best service to us with their beautiful *** iles. And they also helped us heart and soul when we found it necessary. I regarded them as the most beautiful angels that I had ever seen. Thus, I had great fun time on the plane.
我是坐飞机去那里的。我早上10点上飞机。因为这是我第一次坐飞机，所以我满心欢喜。通过飞机视窗，我可以看到一道独特的风景，有白云，美丽的天空，明亮的太阳。这是多么奇妙啊!似乎我正在天堂漫步。空姐热情友好。她们微笑着为我们提供最好的服务。如果我们有需要她们会全心全意的帮助我们。我认为她们是我见过最美丽的天使。所以，在飞机上我玩得很开心。
About an hour later, I arrived at the White Cloud Airport in Guangzhou. After I got off the plane, I transferred the coach to Guangzhou Railway Station. My friend Phillip met me there. He was glad to see me again and invited me to have some delicious food in a nearby restaurant. Then we took the subway to his living place. I was very tired on that day but I felt so joyous, because this was the first time that I had traveled alone.
大约一小时后，我来到了广州白云机场。我下飞机后，我坐长途公车到广州火车站。我的朋友菲利浦在那里等我。再次见到我他很高兴，并邀请我在附近一家餐厅吃美味的食物。然后我们乘地铁去了他住的地方。那天我很累，但我很开心，因为这是我第一次独自旅行。
What a nice journey I had spent! It was an unforgettable experience for me indeed! So I could consider it as a brilliant page in my life.
我度过了一个多么美好的旅行啊!事实上对我来说是一个难忘的经历!所以我可以把它作为我生命中灿烂的一页。

I am so glad to receive your letter and happy to know that you have a pleasant holiday. Please send my sincere wishes to your parents. I have a happy holiday just like you do. This holiday, I visited to Guangzhou with my parents. Guangzhou, also known as the Flower City, there are many flowers along the both sides of streets. It’s very beautiful. Besides, the environment is clean and the climate is fortable. There are many skyscrapers in Guangzhou, especially in the downtown. We visited to many tourist attractions. They are all worth visiting. I hope you can visit there personally one day. You must like it.

If he wants to get the assignment, he must firstly gain these audience's support. Howerver, apparently ,the audience sitting there are upset about his appearance, each thinking about "his tie is too blue, i'm voting for the other guy."The picture is simple but conveys a kind of increasingly popular public opionion, that is judging people with their appearance. When we evaluate someone, we gradually pay more attention on their appearance instead of their competence and quality, which will cause a lot of problems. When the good-looking person we chose is incompetent, he may not be able to finish his work very well. In fact ,appearance shouldn't be the only factor we should consider when judge people. We should have a comprehensive evaluating system to pick up the right person for the position.
