很简单，我觉得并不需要买专门的听力书或者新概念什么的一：扩大词汇量，就是尽可能多的记单词，可以不会写，但是要能知道大概意思（单词都不认识怎么能听出来）二：理解听力技巧，出题人不傻，基本上ABC三个答案都回提到，做题脑子转个弯，比如价格就经常会说买2见便宜，我们现在打几折之类的（可以多读读听力材料，知道哪里有陷阱）三：一般班级一周回有2次左右听力课，跟着听就是了，没必要特别联系，你看成绩好的听力都有，但是有几个每天都听？重点还在英语综合能力，多读读单词和文章。

1、一定要选取一套比自己的实际水平略高些的听力教材进行强化训练。 材料太简单~容易然人自满~ 材料太难，又容易让人失去自信（最好选择高考的材料来听） 2、固定每天不少于半个小时，精听加泛听。（一般高三的时候老师每天早晚都会统一有听力训练吧？这个时间一定要珍惜！） 古人云："只要功夫深，铁杵磨成针。"坚持了就胜利了。精听就是把一段数据都听懂了，听的透透彻彻了。泛听是指随时随地都听一些英语的东西，给自己一个环境 3、手拿铅笔作记号并提前预读猜测。（这个很重要 尤其是最后一道填空题） 考试时利用写名字的时间看看听力踢能获得很多的考试信息的。 4、对于极其优美的篇章进行听写训练。 （你们有英语周报吗？那个佳篇诵读就很好啊！）听写，我是很推荐的~但最好是~不仅能让你体验英语的美好~也不会让你觉得乏味。
