three hundred and forty-five至于什么时候要加and，这个要看具体情况了。一般把and 放在倒数第一个数字单元之前，这里所谓的数字单元指的是100以下的数，如这里的forty-five,再如，3455有三个这样的单元：3千、4百、55,55是最后的数字单元，因此and 应该加在55与4百之间，即该数读作：three thousand four hundred and fifty-five.
