When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. 早起
Early rising benefits us in many ways.
早起在各方面对我们都有好处。
First, it helps to keep us fit. We all need fresh air. But air is never so fresh as early in the morning. Besides, by taking morning exercises we can improve our health.
首先，早起能帮助我们保持健康。我们都需要新鲜的空气。但是早上的空气是最新鲜的。此外，做早操也能够提高我们的健康。
Second, it can help us in our studies. In the morning we can learn more quickly.

Two years ago, I like to eat instant noodles very much, the instant noodles smell so delicious, because there are tasty flavor in it. When my mother was not at home, I would buy the instant noodles, as the time went by, I found my skin became bad and I would not like to eat rice. I still remember my first flight.
I took a flight in Beijing Airport. I got there early. I had my bag weighed first. After a while I began to get on the plane.
When I sat on the plane, Boeing 737, I fastened my seat belt. Then I looked out of the windows, seeing the ground running backwards. When the plane began to take off, I felt it interesting very much.
During about 2 hours’ flight, I saw a film and had a delicious meal. Then the plane began to get lower and I got to Xi’an safely.
