Words: Sentences: Something else: Step 9: Homework 教后一得:学生学习英语的积极性很高,因为有很多是第一次接触英语,教师要积极引导,迅速让学生掌握学习英语的 方法 。 七年级英语 课堂角色换位法实施 摘要: 分析了当前高中英语课堂教学中存在的普遍问题及产生的原因,并结合教学实践 总结 了高中英语教学中角色互换法实施的一般步骤,从而进一步探讨了角色换位教学法的意义。 关键词: 角色换位法;高中英语;实施 作为西部贫困地区,为了贯彻和落实好高中英语新课程改革的理念和要求,切实加强高中英语课堂教学的时效性,需要广大一线英语教师在现有教学设备不足的情况下,不断地思考、实践和创新,选择和改进适应本地区的英语 教学方法 。上一学期,甘肃省白银市会宁县第四中学(以下简称“我校”)将实验班作为课堂改革的试点,采用了师生角色换位法,取得了一定的成效。现对我校具体实施该方法的过程做以下总结。 一、当前高中英语课堂教学存在的问题 通过对高中英语教学一线课堂的广泛听课和调查,笔者发现,在高中英语的课堂教学中有着明显的两级分化现象。前排的学生大部分在认真听讲做笔记,而后排的学生则表现出无所事事。而对于很多英语老师来说,高中面临着严峻的升学考验,教学的目的就是为了高考取得好成绩。因此,大部分教师主要是讲高考考点和答题技巧,这样的教学方法肯定难以调动学生的兴趣。因此,高中英语教学改革迫在眉睫,而角色换位法教学则是解除这一难题的重要方法之一。 二、英语课堂教学中角色换位法的具体实施步骤 首先,要求学生进行 课前预习 (4分钟)。课前预习质量的高低直接影响着后续环节的学习。英语课的课前预习应该首先从 英语单词 着手,这样为新的 句子 结构讲解打下基础,降低了学习的难度。其次,展示本节课的学习目标和学习任务(6分钟)。教师一般通过多媒体展示本节课的学习目标以及学习任务,进而给予学生引导性提示,切忌包办,时间应尽可能限定在6分钟以内。第三,组织好英语课堂教学活动(25分钟)。采用角色换位法的英语课堂,学生成为了名副其实的学习主体,教师则成为一个课堂秩序的维护者和引导者。在这一环节,让学生按照已分配好的兴趣小组进行组内自由讨论,自己消化课堂知识,完成既定学习任务。每个小组由组长组织成员进行集体备课,共同编写教案,查找资料和讨论问题。然后选定专人进行授课,其他学生和教师作为“听众”。对于授课过程中的困难可以留给教师在点评阶段解决。第四,教师点评(10分钟)。待学生授课完毕,由英语教师对学生的上课内容进行评价和总结。评价可以从仪容仪表、口语表达和重难点是否突出等方面进行,同时对于学生上课未能解决的问题进行讲解。最后,做好小组及小组成员之间的学习记录。对于学生在课堂中的表现要及时给予肯定,同时做好记录。课堂换位评价表需要将每个小组的教学过程做全程记录,将评价结果作为学生学业模块结业的重要参考依据。 三、角色换位法在英语课堂教学中的现实意义 (一)激发学生学习兴趣,活跃课堂氛围 换位教学中,学生的思维异常活跃,课堂氛围也非常活泼,极大地提高了学生对于 英语学习 的兴趣。同时,通过分组引入了竞争和激励机制,也调动了各小组和小组内成员之间的积极性,实现了变被动参与为主动参与。 (二)强调学生学习主体性,构建创新课堂 学生主体性的发挥是学生创造性发挥的重要前提和有效途径。在传统的高中英语课堂教学中,教师主体性的长期存在容易使学生产生厌学情绪,同时也制约了学生创造性的发挥。师生换位能够开发学生各方面的潜能,让学生的口语表达能力、写作能力和思维能力得到发挥和锻炼,有效促进学生的全面发展。 (三)促进教师业务水平提高,实现教学相长 英语课堂中角色换位法的运用是否得当,对教师的英语专业水平、课堂驾驭能力以及课堂组织管理能力都提出了相应的要求。作为师生对话交流的舞台,课堂的价值在于唤醒师生共同创造的潜能。教师应在和谐平等的氛围中促进学生英语能力的提高,在交流中鼓励他们发表自己的见解,让师生之间和学生之间能够碰撞出思维的火花。这种过程有可能会对教师的权威提出挑战,但正是这种挑战,才能够促使教师不断学习,努力钻研教材,了解学生,从学生的实际出发,认真设计课堂教学,提前预设课堂中出现的突发状况。这些无不对教师的英语专业知识和应变能力提出了较高的要求。 总之,自新课程改革实施以来,笔者不断学习新课程改革的理念并将其付诸于高中英语教学实践,打破已经形成的教学模式和思维定势,改变传统的教师地位,使之转变为教学中的引导者和组织者,让学生做英语学习的主人,促进学生英语水平的提高和兴趣的激发。 新课标七年级上册英语教案全册相关 文章 : 1. 七年级上册英语教案全册 2. 七年级英语上册全英文教案 3. 七年级上册英语全册教案 4. 七年级上册英语教案 5. 仁爱版七年级上册英语全册教案
