在全国卷当中，全国一卷被认为是最难的，二卷难度紧随其后，全国三卷是被认为最简单的。使用卷一的地区高考竞争压力较大，使用卷二的地区高考竞争压力稍小，使用卷三的地区高考竞争压力最小。全国一卷的试题很难。语文即使试题再难，都能得到一定的分数。而数学，却将全国一卷的考生给考哭了。数学的难度，让很多人都难以理解。通过试题的难度，将考生考哭。全国一卷的数学已经很难了，然而这还不是结束。文综、理综的考试科目同样偏难。全国二卷也很难。不过相比一卷的考生，二卷考生的日子相对要好过一点。除去数学以及理综的物理、化学试题相对难一点外，其他的试题难度都适中。比较适合考生们去发挥出自己的真实水平。全国三卷中，四川的考生最不怕考。四川考生在文科数学上，即便平时数学在130分以上的考生，都认为今年试题偏难了。很多试题都没有做过，试题难度应该属于理科考生。

全国卷2这个我们（2016高考生）已经课改了，并且做的试卷也变了，题型做了相应的变化，为全国卷2之后发现课程跟不上再回原来，语文无所谓，英语听力改革自主命题。事实个毛阿，老子读起书的清楚得很，什么没人预测未来，你不是读书的就别答这题。我来说，四川准备和全国接轨，准备的是全国二套卷，但是出现问题，例如生物实验四川学的和全国的不一样，我们学醋酸菌和酵母菌，他们还有制腐乳！差别大，没办法理综和数学留了，英语是今年改革重新恢复听力，听力题肯定自己准备了的撒，英语也用四川卷。语文用的全国卷3，高考试卷有很多份，按照区域考试类型，3+x什么的分了很多种，就算当时有消息传出什么漏题的，可以立马拿出另一份试卷考，所以不是考什么卷，而是考什么地方划了片区的。

高考全国一二三套试卷在难度上是相当的，不存在等级、难度上的划分。而且，即使难度上略有区别，全国卷一二三适用的省份不同，一起竞争的也是同地区同水平的考生。
