上学日晚上不准出去英语是用in the evening,没有on the night，只有at night

应该是，in the evening.因为是固定词组，在晚上通常都用in the evening。

Don't go out at night.

用in the evening，因为它表示笼统的晚上，并不表示具体的某一天，而是只要晚上就不准出去。而on the night是指具体的某一个晚上，例如在周一的晚上on the night of Monday。
