To whom it may concern, I am writing this email to complain the delay, poor service and damage of goods. I took the flight from XX to YY yesterday (flight no. xxxxxx), and it was delayed for 7 hours! I was not given any reason when I asked, and I was hungry and thirsty when waiting blindly at the terminal. And, when I arrived the destination, and I found that my lugage was damaged!
