我是参加了去年研招考试的，并且已经被西南大学教育学院录取。现回答您的问题如下：1、需要学士学位，当然，也可以以同等学历报考。2、关于公共课培训，全国有很多，至于教育学专业的培训，有凯程、三人行等。但我只是耳闻，并没有参加，个人觉得，专业课也不用参加培训班。资料方面有高教版的复习资料、华中师大版、华东师大版、北师大版等。本人去年是以高教版为主，辅以北师大版的。考前唯一的准备就是看书，等初试通过了再去找导师不迟。3、这个专业出来后，就业情况一般。这是中国目前普遍现状。这是四川大学去年的招生简章，里面关于报考条件上写了有关学历的要求。
