Haha jk. 超丑！哈哈开玩笑的。 A: That was not funny. 不好笑。 B: I was only kidding! 我只是开玩笑的！ smh smh 是 shaking my head 的缩写，这句话直译的意思是「摇摇头」，在使用上有点类似「傻眼」或是「不太 ok」的意思，通常用来表示负面的态度。 A: Yo my professor is literally 20 minutes late. I can’t believe this. 我们教授迟到整整 20 分钟啊，你敢信？ B: Are you serious? Smh… 你认真吗？傻眼… tmi too much information 的缩写，意思是「说太多了」，当对方描述一件过于钜细靡遗的事情，而你不是很想知道这么多细节的时候，就可以回他一句 tmi。 A: Have I ever told you the story of when I was born? It was an absolute mess, oh man! 我有跟你说过我出生的故事吗？那场面超级混乱，天啊！ B: Oh god, please don’t tell me! Tmi, dude! 老天，可以不要告诉我吗？说太多了兄dei！ npnp 就是 no problem，常用在对方跟你说谢谢，当作「不客气」的回复，但要注意，比较少用在回复「没问题」的时候哦！ A: Hey did you end up finishing that report? 你那份报告写完了吗？ B: Yeah, I just sent it to your email. 嗯嗯，我刚用 email 寄给你了。 A: Okay, thanks. 好喔，谢啦！ B: Np. 不客气！ tbh tbh 就是 to be honest 的意思，也就是「老实说…」的意思，通常后面会接一段转折的语气。另外补充两个常用在转折语气时的单字，第一个是 honestly，和 tbh 是一样的意思；另外一个是 frankly，有「坦白说…」的意思。 A: What are you going to drink tonight? I think I’m gonna pick up some beers. 你今天晚上想喝什么？我应该会买些啤酒。 B: I’m not sure… I haven’t actually drank alcohol before tbh… 我不确定啊…老实说，我从来没喝过酒… imho imho 就是 in my humble opinion 的缩写，意思是「个人浅见」，humble 这个形容词是「谦虚的」，所以让这句话听起来比较谦卑虚心。不过也有很多人会直接写 imo，也就是 in my opinion，两者都是在表达自己想法时可以使用的短语 A: She’s so rude! What is her deal? 她很没礼貌哎！她有事吗？ B: I don’t know, but maybe she’s going through something? I just don’t think it’s right to judge, imho. 我是不知道啦，但她可能最近发生一些事情吧？我个人是觉得不要随便去评判一个人比较好啦。 rofl rolling on the floor laughing 的缩写，直翻成中文意思是「滚在地上大笑」，所以就是「超好笑」的意思，当你觉得对方说的话实在太好笑，却又懒得按几十个「哈」按到手抽筋时就可以用这四个英文字母代替！ A: Sooo I might be a little late today. 那个～我今天可能会迟到一下。 B: Why? Slept in again? 为什么？你又睡过头了？ A: No, my dog peed on my shoes again and now I’m drying them with a hairdryer… 不是，我家的狗又尿在我鞋子里，所以我在用吹风机把鞋吹干… B: Rofl!!!! 笑死！！！ tl;dr too long; didn’t read 的缩写，意思是「太长了，不想看」，当你朋友传了一大串讯息，而你懒得看完时，就可以回他一句 tl;dr。也有些人会打了一篇落落长的文章之后，在文末写上 tl;dr 并附上一小段懒人包，让懒得读的人也可以知道文章内容。 A: Brad is driving me crazy. W:You know me. I've been jobless for ages. If they offer me the job, I will start immediately if I have to.

T.We agree that the deadline was next Friday.
C.Right. Well, given that your colleagues are working so hard on this project. I suppose we could change that deadline to Monday morning. I won't have time to look over it on the weekend anyway.
