Author’s PrefaceIt was a long time ago(around the 90s) when I first heard of Hongkong's releasing a set of electronic ShengXiao stamps, but I didn't see what they looks like and paid no attention.After the New Year's Day of 2000, I heard that a self-service post office went into operation new the West Station of Beijing with a automatic mailing machine. I took some time to visit there and found they had a machine selling postage label, so I bought some entire cover、pieces of new stamps. I didn't cared about it too much at first and took them as only a new label.不好意思，翻了前两段，但是发现那些集邮的专业术语太多，实在没水平写下去了~
