前者应该是勇敢面对的意思,也有对抗和当面对证的意思,一般都用面对这个意思如confront with sth ------- 面对.....而后者是遇见,遭遇的意思,如encounter sb/sth--------- 遇见某人/遭遇到....不幸啊~engage就是参与的意思 be engaged in 正忙于，从事~
