个体户英文职业

My family has three persons, my parents and me. My parents do their own business. They work for themselves.如果要写作文，还需要更多的信息，不然不知道你的家庭是怎样的，不能乱写。

虽然国内有几家网站上把个体户译成：self-employed entrepreneurs。但我觉得这有欠妥当。entrepreneurs是指：person who assumes the organization, management, and risks of a business enterprise.众所周知，这是指企业家。个体户的意思与此差之甚远。所以我认为应该译成：self-employed households /people 网站上用这个译法的较多。更合中国国情。
