Fix呢是指通过实实在在的动作处理实实在在的问题。需要注意的是，一个人能fix一个问题，不意味着这个人明白问题出现的原因。Resolve强调的是结束了一个事项，比如问题、分歧等， 但也许解决问题的方案不那么好。
