Part A: Spot Dictation

Directions: In this part of the test, you will hear a passage and read the same passage with blanks in it. Fill in each of the blanks with the ward or words you have heard on the tape. Many people nowadays are concerned about violence on television. Most of them fear that it stimulates (1) to violent or aggressive acts. However, in my lecture today, I d like to show you, from our (2), that the consequences of experiencing television s symbolic world of violence can be much (3).
