This can not be possible before all the original B/L are returned to the forwarder.2,如果正本提单丢失或其他紧急原因,急需办理电放提单,那么需要您向当地银行申请出具一份银行担保函(banker's letter of guarantee),金额不得小于货值的1.1倍, 再联系delivery agent帮您办理,并且在当地权威刊物上申明这份正本提单作废.
