realize确实是中式英语了用fulfill和achieve还是可以的这个是我在国外网上复制的，中文的网站就不要看了We propose that one engages in behaviors such as gift giving in order to fulfill one's values in life. 但是其实在外国别人不这么说，因为他们没有这个概念，或者有这种概念，但是跟我们差别很大。所以很多东西翻译的时候会有中式英语的嫌疑，也是不可避免的。

fulfill one's human value: “实现自身价值”，这是中国人的说法，老外较少fulfill oneself：“完全实现自己的抱负”，这个全世界通用。fulfill 是实现“理想”等的动词记住是fulfill , 不是fullfill.希望采纳
