外企英语电话面试技巧 面试英语
求职者在投递简历以后要做好各种充分的准备，很多外企在当面的面试之前会有一个电话英语面试，时间一般在20-30分钟左右，用以核实求职者的`背景和英文表达力。这时如何应对英语面试?
