1、TC：总胆固醇
总胆固醇是指血清中各种脂蛋白所含的胆固醇，即结合胆固醇和游离胆固醇的总和。由于血清中的胆固醇基本上是以结合状态存在于脂蛋白中，所以主要代表结合的胆固醇。由于不能够反映各种脂蛋白的多少，所以也就不能够确切地反映高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的多少。
2、TG：甘油三酯
甘油三酯（TG）是脂质的组成成分，是甘油和3个脂肪酸所形成的脂。脂质组成复杂，除甘油三酯外，还包括胆固醇、磷脂、脂肪酸以及少量其他脂质。正常情况下，血浆中的甘油三酯保持着动态平衡。
3、HDL-C：高密度脂蛋白胆固醇
高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）主要在肝脏合成，是一种抗动脉粥样硬化的脂蛋白，可将胆固醇从肝外组织转运到肝脏进行代谢，由胆汁排出体外，其血浆含量的高低与患心血管病的风险呈负相关。
高密度脂蛋白可以从细胞膜上摄取胆固醇，经卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶催化而成胆固醇酯，然后再将携带的胆固醇酯转移到极低密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白上。高密度脂蛋白中胆固醇含量比较固定，约含有人体胆固醇总量的20%～30%。
4、LDL-C：低密度脂蛋白胆固醇
血浆中低密度脂蛋白是运输内源性胆固醇的主要载体，其通过结合其细胞膜上的低密度脂蛋白受体（LDL-R） 被降解和转化。
低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）是由LDL-C是空腹血浆中的主要脂蛋白，约占血浆脂蛋的2/3，是运输胆固醇到肝外组织的主要运载工具。
5、ApoA1：载脂蛋白A1
载脂蛋白A1作用主要有运载脂类物质以及稳定脂蛋白结构，在脂蛋白的代谢中还起到促进脂类的运输、调节酶活性以及引导血浆脂蛋白与细胞表面受体结合等重要作用。
6、ApoB：载脂蛋白B
载脂蛋白B 存在于低密度脂蛋白的表面，细胞识别和摄取LDL主要通过识别载脂蛋白B实现。所以，载脂蛋白B增多时，即使LDL水平正常，也可使冠心病发病率增高。
