Hello, everybody! We all know that now we students are all under stress because of the heavy school work ,which will surely affect our health both physically and mentally. So we should try to take some measures to deal with it . I have some suggestions .First I think we should take more exercise because regular and proper amount of exercise can reduce our stress. Second we can take more activities such as music club and ball teams . Music can relieve our anxiety and make us relaxed. Team work can develop our friendship and make us refresh ,which will ,to some degree ,contribute to our study. Finally we can find as many as opportunities to communicate with others and learn to share our feelings with others ,in which case we can broaden our mind and be cheerful .
