Dear XXX I am really sorry that I have to ask for one month leave (from the 8th of May to the 8th of June). The recent earthquake in Sichuan has some impact on my university.(my school/university is close to the earthquake area). This led to certain change of the graduation plan of our university. Therefore, I have to go back to the university and modify the graduation exhibition plan together with my mentor, as well as prepare the thesis reply for the graduation and so on.
