直接打给对方、或让别人转接时可以是，"May I speak to...?" 和 “Could I speak to...?"
即使是直接打给对方，初次通话，最好也不要直呼其名，而是用上面两个说法。想要更礼貌，可以后面加个please. "May I speak to ... please?"
接通后最常用的表达“我是......”的英语口语句式是This is + （你的名字）或者This is + （你的名字)）speaking。
介绍自己时，This is...比I am...更礼貌。I'm calling to...或I'm calling from...加简单、明确的介绍，增加沟通效率。
如果你是经朋友，打电话给这个人的，可以说"This is （你的名字）. I'm （介绍人）'s friend." 或者 "I got your number from （介绍人）".
